Paul A Young served up delicious homemade vanilla fudge and a milk and malt fudge for Father’s Day on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1050g unrefined demerara sugar, 275ml full fat milk, 70g unsalted butter, 75ml double cream, 1 large tbsp vanilla paste and 1 tsp fine sea salt.
