Simon Rimmer served up delicious Salted Caramel with Chocolate Doughnut Bread and Butter Pudding on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 8 ring doughnuts, slice in half horizontally, 50g butter, 75g sultanas, 100g choccy bits, 200ml caramel sauce, tsp sea salt, 75g demarera sugar, 5 egg yolks, 1 egg, 200ml double cream, 300ml milk, 150g chocolate, 100g sugar and splash vanilla extract.
