Juliet Sear served up a delicious eggs-tra special Easter chocolate cake on This Morning.
The ingredients for the Sponge are: 425g 70% dark chocolate, 425g salted butter, 500g light brown muscadavo sugar, 6 eggs + 5 yolks, 3 tsp. vanilla extract, 100ml sour cream, 375g self raising flour and 70g cocoa powder.
For the buttercream: 750g butter, 1500g icing sugar, 2 tsp vanilla paste and pastel colour of your choice.
For the chocolate speckle: 1tbsp vanilla extract and 1tbsp cocoa powder.
For the decoration: 200g dark chocolate (for the drip), Chocolate flakes and Mini easter eggs.
