Phil Vickery served up his Mum’s delicious rhubarb and custard trifle with raspberry jelly for Mothers Day on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 raspberry and vanilla swiss roll (approx. 275g), 1 x 135g packet raspberry jelly, 300g rhubarb, chopped into small chunks, Juice of 1 large lemon, 150g sugar, 2 tsp vanilla paste, 70g custard powder, 568ml whole milk and 600ml double cream, lightly whipped.
