Simon Rimmer passionfruit and raspberry pudding recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious passionfruit and raspberry pudding on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the sauce: 100g sugar, 6 passion fruit and 100ml water.

For the pudding: 3 separated eggs, 200g sugar, juice 2 lemons, 8 passion fruit, 50g flour, 250ml milk, 50g butter, about 24 raspberries and whipped cream to serve.
