Phil Vickery served up tasty fish fingers using pollock with tartare sauce for ‘Fish finger Friday’ on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 heaped tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp chopped gherkins, 1 tbsp chopped capers, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 finely chopped spring onions, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, 4 tbsp tartare sauce, 400g haddock or Pollock, skinned, boned loin fillet (2 x 100g pieces each), ground pepper, 6 tbsp cornflour, 4 medium eggs, 300g Panko breadcrumbs and 50ml any oil.
