John Torode Welsh lamb chops with cheesy leek potatoes recipe on This Morning

John Torode served up tasty Welsh lamb chops with tomatoes, olives and cheesy leek potatoes on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 8 lamb chops, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Salt and pepper, 1 large red onion, sliced, 1 clove garlic, sliced, cherry tomatoes, sliced and 2 tablespoons pitted black olives.

For the potatoes: 500g baby potatoes, pre-cooked in boiling salted water, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 25g salted butter and 25g leek cheese.
