Nadiya Hussain beef burgers with turkey bacon jam recipe

Nadiya Hussain served up tasty beef burgers with turkey bacon jam and fried runny eggs on Nadiya’s Family Favourites.

The ingredients for the bacon jam: 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, chopped, 1 small onion, finely diced, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 450g halal bacon or streaky bacon or turkey bacon, thinly sliced, 1 tbsp instant coffee, 125ml hot water, 40g soft brown sugar, 60ml malt vinegar and 85ml maple syrup.
