Nadiya Hussain cheese biscuits and tomato jam recipe

Nadiya Hussain served up cheese biscuits and tomato jam on Nadiya’s Family Favourites.

For the tomato jam: 6 (about 540g) tomatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 whole star anise, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 2 heaped tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp tomato puree and 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
