Paul Ainsworth served up puff pastry parcels with a lobster filling (Les Bouchees de Homard ) on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The dish is said to have been served at a banquet hosted by Queen Victoria in 1894 for the engagement of one of her granddaughters.
