James Martin Easter Swiss roll with marshmallows recipe

James Martin served up a delicious Swiss roll with marshmallows for Easter on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 100g cocoa powder, 50ml water, 4 medium eggs, 125g caster sugar, Vanilla bean paste and 125g plain flour.

To decorate: 300ml double cream, whipped, Marshmallows, Baby meringues, Chocolate eggs and bunnies and Cocoa powder.
