Nigel Barden Beer Glazed Pork recipe on Radio 2 Drivetime

Nigel Barden served up tasty Belgian cherry beer glazed pork tenderloin with vegetable haggis on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon Mayo.

Ingredients are: 4 pork tenderloins.

For the glaze: 200g dark brown sugar, 100ml Belgian cherry beer, 100ml soy sauce, 100ml ketchup and 50ml honey.
