Oozy cheesy pasta with crispy pangritata by Jamie Oliver on Jamie’s Festive Feast

Jamie takes pasta with cheese to a whole new level with his oozy cheesy pasta with crispy pangritata on Jamie’s Festive Feast.

Jamie’s oozy cheesy pasta is a real cheese feast for cheese lovers everywhere. It is a great way to make use of leftover cheeses during the Christmas period and has Jamie says, use cheese with pasta and you are onto a winner straight away.

To make the pangritata for his oozy cheesy pasta dish, Jamie lightly toast two slices of white bread then peeled a clove of garlic and blitz in a food processor with the toasted bread, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, thyme and 5 shelled walnuts until fine.

Using a preheated non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, he adds a drizzle of olive oil, then add the pangritata and fried for around 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
