Nigella Lawson served up waffles with blueberries and maple syrup on Nigella: At My Table.
The ingredients are: 450ml full-fat milk, 3 large free-range eggs, separated, 125ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 225g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp caster sugar, ¼ fine sea salt and maple syrup.
To serve: blueberries, or other berries.
