Gordon Ramsay serves up a delightful looking crispy roast duck on tonight’s episode of Gordon Ramsay Home Cooking.

To give the duck a delicious flavour Gordon stuffs it with ginger, garlic and star anise. To give it the spicy flavour he required, Gordon rubs Chinese spices over the skin of the duck before roasting it for 3.5 hours at 160C.
