Sarah’s family frittata recipe on Eat Well For Less?

Sarah served up a family frittata for her 11-year-old twins Sam and Alex on Eat Well For Less?

The ingredients are: 2 tsp rapeseed oil, 3 turkey sausages, skinned and roughly chopped, 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika, 1 large red pepper, thickly sliced, optional, 1 x 300g tin new potatoes, drained and sliced, 6 free-range eggs, beaten, 60g/2oz frozen peas, defrosted, optional, 100g/3½oz Cheddar cheese, grated, optional, 1 tomato, sliced, optional, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
