Nigel Barden served up blood orange marmalade on Radio 2 Drivetime.

The ingredients are: 12 blood oranges, 800g caster sugar, 250ml blood orange juice, 50ml lemon juice, 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 tbsp pectin powder and 100ml water.
