Jamie Oliver sizzling seared scallops with black pudding recipe

Jamie Oliver served up sizzling seared scallops with fresh mint, mash and black pudding using five ingridents on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food.

The ingredients are: 400 g potatoes, 200 g frozen peas, ½ a bunch of fresh mint (15g), 6-8 raw king scallops , coral attached, trimmed, from sustainable sources and 50 g firm higher-welfare black pudding.
