Simon Rimmer Juicy Lucy Burgers recipe on Eat The Week With Iceland

Simon Rimmer served up juicy Lucy burgers with chips and onion jam for the Wilkins family on Eat The Week With Iceland.

The ingredients for the onion Jam are: 4 red onion (sliced), 150g demerara sugar, 100ml red wine vinegar, 1 clove of garlic (chopped) and 5g chilli flakes.

For the burgers: 800g minced steak, Salt and pepper, 200g Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (grated), 4 brioche burger buns, Sliced tomatoes, lettuce and gherkins and Onion Jam.
