Si and Dave served up monkfish kebabs on Kitchen Garden Live with the Hairy Bikers.
The ingredients are: 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, 1 lemon, zest and juice, 1 garlic clove, finely chopped, 2 tbsp olive oil, 800g monkfish, cut into chunks, 400g vegetable selection (such as red onion, courgettes, aubergines and peppers) chopped into chunks, 100ml plain yoghurt, pinch saffron, ½ tsp runny honey, pinch caster sugar, 1 tbsp mint (or any soft herbs, such as tarragon) and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
