Tim Maddams showcased his nettles with wild garlic pesto and flatbread dish on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: a few handfuls of nettle tips, well washed, a good bunch of wild garlic leaves, washed, 1 tablespoon of toasted pumpkin seeds, salt and pepper, lots of good quality rapeseed oil and a little lemon zest, finely grated.
