Tim Maddams showcased his wild garlic bahjis with mint yoghurt dish on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g well washed and shredded wild garlic leaves, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp paprika, a pinch of chilli flakes, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp Nigella seeds, 1 cup gram flour and a little beer.
