Nigel Slater tumbler trifle with warm coconut bananas recipe

Nigel Slater served up tumbler trifles with warm bananas poached in coconut and ginger biscuits on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.

The ingredients are: 1 banana, 400ml coconut milk, 500ml double cream, 1 capful vanilla extract, 1 x 400g tinned peach halves and 5 tbsp of ginger biscuit crumbs.
