Nigel Slater sweet and sour duck broth recipe

Nigel Slater served up a sweet and sour duck broth with dried mushrooms on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.

Nigel says: “This dish is a vibrant alternative to a roast meat sandwich.”

The ingredients include: leftover duck, water, 2 cloves garlic, 2 spring onions, dried mushrooms, ginger, pepper corns, sherry vinegar, sugar, stock, poc choi and bay leaves.
