John’s apple and custard tarts recipe on Lorraine

John Whaite served up apple and custard tarts with Bramley apple sauce and shop brought puff pastry on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: Oil, for greasing, 80g icing sugar, plus extra to dust, 320g ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry, 250g Bramley apple sauce, 5 large egg yolks and 80ml single cream.
