Paul Ainsworth served up kipper stata, a favourite dish of the Royal family on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The ingredients includes: kippers, leek, butter, onions, balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and chives.

Paul served his kippers on top of toasted sourdough bread.
