James Tanner Christmas Chutney recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up a delicious Christmas Chutney tasty Christmas Gift on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 1kg Bramley cooking apples, peeled and chopped into small pieces, 500g Braeburn apples, (or your favourite eating apples) peeled and chopped into large chunks, 500g brown sugar, 450g onion, diced, 50g fresh ginger, finely grated, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp pink peppercorns, crushed, 250ml cider vinegar, Zest and juice 1 large orange, 1 tsp pink peppercorns, crushed, 500g cranberries and 150g sultanas.
