Theo’s cranberry and pheasant sausage rolls recipe on Christmas Kitchen

Theo Randall served up tasty cranberry and pheasant sausage rolls recipe on Christmas Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 100g dried cranberries, soaked in port, 250g minced pheasant, 250g minced pork belly or shoulder, 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed, ½ tsp thyme leaves, pinch allspice, 1 juniper berry, finely crushed, salt and freshly ground black pepper, plain flour, for dusting, 1 x 375g packet ready-rolled puff pastry, 1 free-range egg, lightly beaten OR 2 free-range egg yolks, lightly beaten, 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and 250g cranberry sauce, to serve.
