Simon Rimmer served up delicious Rose water scones on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 275g plain flour, 5g baking powder, 5g salt, 65g butter, cold and cubed, 30g lard, 10g sugar, 175ml buttermilk, 7ml rose water and A few dried rose petals.
Serve with strawberry jam and clotted cream.
