Jamie Oliver served up a tasty and healthy avocado on rye toast with ricotta for breakfast on Jamie’s Super Food.
Jamie says: “This breakfast favourite is a source of vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect our cells. ”
The ingredients are: 1 heaped teaspoon ricotta cheese, 1 x 75 g slice of rye bread, ½ a ripe avocado, 1 ripe tomato, 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon toasted pine nuts and fresh baby basil.
