John and Lisa’s corn cakes and pancetta salsa recipe on This Morning

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty corncakes with smoky pancetta, salsa and sour cream on their Cooking Adventure Down Under on This Morning.

The ingredients for the corncakes are: 100g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 120ml milk, 300g sweetcorn, Salt and pepper and 1-2 tbsp oil, Tub of soured cream, to serve.

For the salsa: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tsp smoked paprika, Splash of water, 150g cubed pancetta, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 400g fresh tomatoes chopped, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped.
