Nadia’s lamb and apricot tagine recipe on Lorraine

Nadia Sawalha served up a tasty lamb and apricot tagine dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp oil, 1 kg diced lamb shoulder, 2 tsp each of cinnamon, turmeric and cumin, 1 tbsp paprika, 2 onions, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 2x400g canned chopped tomatoes, 750ml lamb stock, 2 tbsp clear honey and 350g dried apricots.

To serve: A large handful of coriander leaves, chopped, A handful of almonds, fried in a little butter, Lemon wedges, Cooked couscous mixed with fresh mint, coriander, olive oil and lemon juice or warm, flat breads.
