Phillip Phillips showed that he has got style performing ‘Hard To Handle’ by Otis Redding on American Idol this week.
For us it was not the best song choice ever, but Phillips “did his thing” as Randy Jackson who say, and we loved it.
This is what the judges made of it:
Randy Jackson: You’re like a fish out of the water doing this because you’re kind of unique for us this year. You got a very different voice and different style. You sound amazing. Good song choice.
Jennifer Lopez: This is just so natural for you. It was perfect! It was great! I love it! I can’t believe it!
Steven Tyler: You pick song that matches your voice and character. Keep it up man, very good!
