Intensity has become the first act to be eliminated in X Factor USA’s first season as a result of the public vote.
The group, which was put together from a selection of soloists during Boot Camp, fell into the bottom two during the live results show alongside Stero Hogzz after the pair were revealed to have received the lowest number of public votes.
Both acts entered the sing-off with Stereo Hogzz taking on The Bee Gees’ classic ‘Emotions’. Meanwhile, Intensity chose to cover Kelly Clarkson’s ‘My Life Would Suck Without You’.
Only Simon Cowell voted to save Intensity; along with their mentor Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and LA Reid all named Stereo Hogzz as the stronger act. See the results in the video below:
