Simon Cowell  showed off yet another of his amazing homes around the world on the X Factor this week, but this time on the X Factor USA. It was only fitting for his new show that he showed us something we have not seen before, if only to make us go wow!

Cowell’s new pad certainly had the wow factor, and it would appear that this home comes with a yacht thrown in. However, it does seem a bit deceptive that the show focus on his home being in Paris, but if you look a little closer you might realise that it is no were near Paris – well, to us Brits – if you are an American I guess a  couple hundred miles is commuting distance. However, Lord Cowell of The X Factor has hidden himself in the South of France, in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe.

Having left former girlfriend and pop singer Sinita back in the UK, Simon decided to make a fresh start at judges homes for the US show by enlisting the help of one of the world most famous superstars,  Mariah Carey. Unfortunately for Mariah, Simon and the contestants, Mariah was grounded in Miami by Hurricane Irene.

 

So Simon had to go solo in deciding which of his eight acts to bring to the X Factor live shows. This year Simon was awarded the Girls category to mentor, which he appeared to be delighted with. These are the eight girls he must choose from:

Cailtin Koch Tora Woloshin Simone Battle Drew Ryniewicz Rachel Crow Jazzlyn Little Melanie Amaro Tiah Tolliver.

The fortunate four contestants that he selects will go through to the X Factor live shows and will be mentored by Simon in the hope that one of them will become the winner of the first series of the X Factor USA 2011, and in turn Simon will become the winning judge. For the others who did not make it, well they must at least have enjoyed a holiday in Paris and the South of France.
