One Direction put a smile on the faces of some of their young female fans when they made time for them after a gig for a chat and some autographs.
Fans Caitlin Liddell (13), Bryony Devlin (16) and Shannon Smith (13) waited for hours in the cold last Monday, for the chance to meet Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne as they performed in Falkirk’s City nightclub.
Because they were underage they weren’t allowed into the club, so the teens waited outside, with the hope of catching a glimpse of the One Direction boys.
Caitlin’s mum Denise told The Stirling Observer:
“The girls weren’t allowed into the gig because it was for over-18’s only so we decided to wait outside to see if we could see them when they were leaving.
“We spotted a jeep-type vehicle at the back of the club. You could tell it was them.
“I went up to one of the bodyguards and asked if we could maybe get a photo or something at the end of the gig, seeing as we’d be waiting so long.
“He was really nice about it and shouted us over as the boys were leaving just after 11pm. Apparently they don’t normally do that but he said we could as there was only a few of us.
“The lads were great with the girls. They chatted for a bit, got their photos taken and signed autographs.
“Caitlin was made up. She could hardly speak when she got her picture taken with Zayn. He’s her favourite so I’m glad he was a nice lad.
“It was cold and we waited a long time but it turned out to be a great night.”
i love them
