James Tanner make a delicious and summery passion fruit panna cotta on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: ½ vanilla pod or couple of drops of vanilla extract, 50ml milk, 150ml whipping cream, 65g caster sugar, 2 leaves bronze gelatin anD 200ml buttermilk.
Passion fruit jelly: 2 passion fruits, 100ml passion fruit juice and 1 leaf bronze leaf gelatin.
To decorate: Soft whipped cream to garnish and mint leaves, (optional), Biscuit of your choice,( ginger nuts, oat, biscotti, amaretti).
