Dr Clare Bailey Mosley served up a tasty Ginger and Orange Chicken Stir-Fry with a sweet and sour sauce to help control type 2 diabetes on Morning Live.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp oyster sauce, Zest of ½ orange, 1 tbsp juice, 20 g fresh peeled ginger, finely chopped, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 chicken breast fillets, very finely sliced and 1 x 300g shop-bought vegetable stir-fry pack.
