Mary Berry served up a tasty mushroom pappardelle with basil and tenderstem broccoli Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Hamza Yassin.
The ingredients are: Knob of butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, finely grated, 250g chestnut mushrooms, thickly sliced, 250g (Portobello mushrooms, thickly sliced, 250g shitake mushrooms, thickly sliced, 350g pappardelle pasta, 200g tenderstem broccoli, 200ml pouring double cream, 3 egg yolks, 125g Parmesan, grated and 1 large bunch of basil, leaves chopped.
