Nick Nairn served up tasty Peppered Beef Fillets with Whisky Mushroom Sauce, Potatoes and a Rocket and Cheese Salad on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 500g beef fillet, 2 tbsp of coarsely ground black pepper, 2 tbsp veg oil, 20g butter, 1 shallot finely chopped, 100g brown cap mushrooms, thinly sliced, 3 tbsp blended whisky, 100ml double cream, Oxo cube and Potatoes – wrapped potatoes.
For the salad: Bag of rocket, Parmesan cheese, Grater, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt and pepper.
