James Martin showcased his technique for making green herb oil using fresh soft herbs on James martin’s Saturday Morning.
James said “The key to making the herb oil is not to blanch the herbs in boiling water for longer than 30 seconds. They must then be placed into ice cold water to stop the cooking process before blending with a flavourless oil.”
