On the second week of The Taste on Channel 4, guest chef Richard Corrigan set and judges a ‘classic’ challenge, where the mentors must coach their cooks to create the best prawn cocktail.
After some very testing moments in the kitchen, Richard had to blind taste a spoonful of the contestant’s offerings chosen by their mentors, to see it the taste met with his approval.
After the taste test, it was Guan who had most to smile about because Richard loved his Malaysian Prawn Cocktail dish.
