Well, you would be wrong!<\/p>\n<p>Marcus Collins has insisted that he won\u2019t produce an album full of cover songs for his first record.<\/p>\n<p>The former hairdresser came second in The X Factor last night, losing out to girl group Little Mix, however he has already planned the way forward and written a load of songs which he wants to take to the studio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been writing songs since I\u2019ve been on the show about my experiences on here. I\u2019ve got ideas and I\u2019m ready to go. I can\u2019t wait to get into the studio, make some music of my own and not do covers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last night Marcus\u2019 mentor Gary Barlow promised the former hairdresser that he will be with him every step of the way, and will always be there as his mentor.
