2011: X Factor Voting Results in Full revealed

x factor 2011 voting statistics ITV have released the voting figures and percentages for the entire series and as usual it makes interesting reading.
One thing that stands out is that there wasn’t a massive difference in the votes between Marcus and Little Mix.
During last night’s final 48.3% of people phoned in and voted for the girl group, while 42.8% of people backed Marcus Collins, so there wasn’t a huge separation between the two acts.

It is also interesting to note that Marcus was not on most peoples radar as a potential winner until much later in the competition; He never actual won a single week but managed to make the final. I guest it is all in the timing. The X Factor is not a sprint it is a marathon.
