{"id":19244,"date":"2014-09-18T21:28:37","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T20:28:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=19244"},"modified":"2014-09-18T21:28:37","modified_gmt":"2014-09-18T20:28:37","slug":"stevie-parle-melon-feta-salad-recipe-on-the-spice-trip-cumin-trail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/19244\/stevie-parle-melon-feta-salad-recipe-on-the-spice-trip-cumin-trail\/","title":{"rendered":"Stevie Parle melon feta salad recipe on The Spice Trip cumin trail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stevie Parle served up a refreshing looking melon feta salad on The Spice Trip cumin trail in Turkey that he recommends would complement a lamb Kofte dish.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1kg  watermelon or other small melon, such as cantaloupe or galia cut into large chunks, 2 tomatoes cut into large chunks, 100g feta,  handful of mint leaves, 1 chilli finely chopped, olive oil, juice of 1 lemon and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the salad place the melon and tomatoes in a bowl and season. Break up the feta, tear in the mint, and sprinkle in the chilli. Drizzle generously with oil and squeeze the lemon juice over the salad.
