seeded soda bread with horseradish cream on John and Lisa&#8217;s Weekend Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: Seeded Soda Bread, 200g wholemeal flour\u2028, 275g strong white flour or plain flour, plus extra for sprinkling, 1 generous tsp of bicarbonate of soda, 2 or 3 pinches of salt, 420ml buttermilk\u2028, 1 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of each sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds.<\/p>\n<p>For the horseradish cream  : 50g fresh horseradish, grated , 10ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice, 200ml cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche , \u00bd onion, Salt and
