pistachio fondants with dark chocolate, salted butter and Granny Gothards ice cream on James Martin&#8217;s Saturday Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients to line the moulds: 15g butter, 1 tbs cocoa powder and 1 tbs finely chopped pistachios.<\/p>\n<p>For the fondants: 125g dark chocolate, 125g  butter, 4 eggs, 100g  caster sugar and 60g plain flour.<\/p>\n<p>To serve: Cocoa powder to dust and
