with homemade pastry, ground almonds and vanilla ice cream on Jamie: Fast and Simple.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: \u00bd x sweet shortcrust pastry, 500g ripe strawberries, 2 tablespoons thick balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoons caster sugar, 2 tablespoons cornflour, 4 tablespoons ground almonds and 1 free-range egg.<\/p>\n<p>For the pastry: 500g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 100g icing sugar, 250g cold unsalted butter, 2 large free-range eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste.<\/p>\n<p><a
