{"id":16931,"date":"2014-07-14T12:13:21","date_gmt":"2014-07-14T11:13:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=16931"},"modified":"2014-07-14T12:19:14","modified_gmt":"2014-07-14T11:19:14","slug":"phil-vickery-fruit-ripple-ice-cream-recipe-from-frozen-ingredients-on-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/16931\/phil-vickery-fruit-ripple-ice-cream-recipe-from-frozen-ingredients-on-this-morning\/","title":{"rendered":"Phil Vickery fruit ripple ice cream Recipe from frozen ingredients on This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Phil Vickery makes fruit ripple ice cream from frozen ingredients on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 250g castor sugar, 150mls Cold water, 8 egg yolks, 575mls very lightly whipped double cream, 3 tsp vanilla extract, 350g any frozen fruit, defrosted (blackcurrants, raspberries are my favourite) and 150g castor sugar.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dessert, place the 250g castor sugar and water in a pan and bring to the boil. Once boiling leave to boil for five minutes exactly, no more no less. <\/p>\n<p>Place the egg yolks into a mixing bowl, and once the sugar and water have been boiling for two minutes, set the machine to medium speed.<\/p>\n<p>At five minutes, take the sugar and water off the stove, turn the machine up to full speed, and pour onto the egg yolks.
