Georgina Hayden served up a tasty Greek feast with meatballs bulgur wheat and tzatziki on this morning.<\/p>\n

The ingredients for the tzatziki are: 1 cucumber, 1 tsp flaky sea salt , 1 small garlic clove, peeled, 1 tsp dried mint, plus extra to finish , Freshly ground black pepper, to taste, 500g Greek yoghurt , 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling and Juice of \u00bd lemon.<\/p>\n

For the Meatballs: 2 large potatoes, about 500\u2013600g , 1 onion, \u00bd a bunch of flat-leaf parsley, 500g pork mince, 1 egg, \u00bd tsp baking powder, \u00bd tsp ground cinnamon, \u00bd tsp dried mint, \u00bc tsp white pepper, Sea salt, to taste, 100g breadcrumbs, plus 2 slices of white bread and 1L vegetable oil.<\/p>\n

For the Bulgur Wheat: 2 onions, 4 tomatoes, Olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 150g vermicelli, 750ml stock (vegetable or chicken), 1 cinnamon stick and 200g bulgur wheat.<\/p>\n
